So I’ve only been meaning to do this for 26 months now, but finally I have published just some of the 1,477 photos (after weeding) I took in 2002/2003 while doing an around the world trip.
I did publish journals and some photos as I traveled at my site traveljunkie.org, but the new shots have now been spit shinned and polished for viewing pleasure. I shot these on a 3 mega-pixel Sony Mavica that burns the photos to a mini-CD. It was a great system to travel with: virtually unlimited shots, cheap and light weight media, good controls, and Carl Zeiss lens. All in all I was really happy with it (the rig is for sale by the way if anyone’s interested, $100 with lot’s of goodies - just drop me a line).
I flew from home in Boulder, Colorado and visited in order Portugal, Spain, Morocco, France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
You can check out the galley here powered with my fancy new slideshowpro. Towards the end of that trip, I met the incredible Thai women that would become my wife. I ended up moving back to Thailand for two years and visited several more Asian countries. More photos to follow.

Truly enjoyed your site. Congratulations on your wedding. I have Thai in my family, as well. Beautiful people and culture .
Is your camera ISony Mavica) still for sale? (Long shot.)
Thanks
